PRESS RELEASE

MOORESVILLE, N.C. – On December 3, 2015, the suspects in the domestic shooting incident on the property of Pine Lake Preparatory School were arrested. Mooresville Police Department, with the assistance of the Concord Police Department, arrested Robert Terrell Anderson, 33, of Columbia, SC and Kimber Marie Suber, 28, of Hopkins, SC in Concord.

Anderson was charged with two counts of assault with a deadly weapon inflicting injury, four counts of assault by pointing a gun, possession of a firearm by convicted felon, possession of a weapon on school grounds, and damage to property. He was placed under a $100,000 secure bond and detained at Iredell County Jail. Suber was charged with two counts of assault and placed under a $2,500 secure bond and detained at Iredell County Jail.
