RALEIGH 3:33 AM — The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing endangered man, Troy Marshall Scronce.
Citizens are asked to be on the lookout for Troy Marshall Scronce, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
Anyone with information about Troy Marshall Scronce should call Officer Prater at the Lincoln County Sheriff at 704-735-8202.
