Police: Mooresville shop robbed by suspect with knife


MOORESVILLE, N.C. – Just before 3 p.m. on Thursday, January 23, the Mooresville Police Department responded to Sweet Frog Premier Frozen Yogurt, 168-G Norman Station Boulevard, for a reported armed robbery.

The suspect was described as a black male, 5’5”- 5’8”, and approximately 20 – 30 years old. He was wearing a gray hoodie style sweatshirt and armed with a knife. The suspect fled the business on foot in the direction of Norman Station Boulevard. Police are still reviewing surveillance footage from the area.
