Agency replaces office that closed in 2019
RALEIGH – The N.C. Division of Motor Vehicles will open a new license plate agency, or LPA, on Tuesday in Forsyth County.

The LPA will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday, except on state holidays. The town of Rural Hall will be the LPA’s operator.
