The Town of Mooresville is purchasing an old North Church Street Mill property for $150,000.
That approval came at this week’s Commissioner’s meeting according an e-mail from spokeswoman Kim Sellers. The space has been used for offices and will be saved by the town for future development.
Commissioners also approved the acceptance of an approximately $28,000 grant for nearly forty new police body cams. That will require a 66 percent local match – about $83,000 was approved.
