Mooresville man arrested for selling drugs from home

  

jentzFROM PRESS RELEASE – The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Investigation Unit received numerous neighborhood complaints about suspected narcotics related traffic at 286 Sundown Road, Mooresville in the month of December.

An undercover operation of surveillance was initiated in the area. During the investigation, information was gathered showing the suspect; Zachary Jentz was selling marijuana and other controlled substances in the Mooresville and Lake Norman Area.

Undercover purchases were made from the suspect as detectives built their case. A Search Warrant was executed at the suspect’s residence on Thursday March, 12.  Detectives located a large amount of Butane Hash Oil (BHO) otherwise known as Dabbing, Honey Oil or Wax worth $5250.00, Hydroponic Marijuana worth $798.00, numerous pills, a bottle of Codeine, two gallons or non-tax-paid liquor (Moonshine), numerous pipes used to smoke the BHO and Marijuana as well as over 4500.00 dollars in cash were seized.

Zachary Jentz was taken into custody and taken to the Iredell County Detention Center where he was placed under 50,000.00 dollars secured bond. This investigation in ongoing and may result in further charges and investigations.
