Lincoln Sheriff’s Office looking for missing Stanley man

PRESS RELEASE

Denver, NC – Lincoln County Sheriff’s detectives are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 55 year old Stanley man.

Jeffery Odis Hoyle, 55, of 2033 Cabin Lane, Stanley, NC was reported missing by a family member on November 6, 2014 and was last seen on or about November 1, 2014. Hoyle was last seen driving a 2013 Chevrolet Cruise displaying a dealer license plate of FD-22568.

Mr. Hoyle has a secondary driver’s license from the state of Florida and has friends in Virginia. He is not answering his cell phone which appears to be turned off at this time. Mr. Hoyle has been entered NCIC as a missing person.

He is described as a white male, 6 feet-2 inches tall, with brown hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office at 704-732-9050, the Lincoln County Communications Center at 704-735-8202 or Crime Stoppers at 704-736-8909.
