The Attorney for a former Iredell Memorial Hospital nurse accused of tying a dementia patient to his bed and of assault says the media and the warrant aren’t getting at what really happened.

Martin Gottholm – he’s the attorney for Tamara Brito who is also accused of spraying a cleansing lotion in the patient’s face. He says Brito sprayed it on a towel to clean him.
