On Thursday, April 26, 2018, Iredell-Statesville Schools recognized 73 retiring staff members with a dinner in their honor at the Statesville Country Club. Each retiree was given a brass clock as a gift to celebrate their retirement.

“We celebrate the retirement of our distinguished teachers and support staff who have collectively given 1536 years of outstanding service to the children in our community,” stated Superintendent Brady Johnson. “It is impossible to truly measure the input they have had on our society. They have improved the quality of life for us all, by ensuring that each child in our community has access to an education.”

The district would like to thank each of these retirees for their many years of hard work and dedication to the students of Iredell-Statesville Schools. We wish them the best!
