Statesville woman accused of selling methamphetamine from Statesville residence

Sheriff Darren Campbell stated: The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office received information regarding the possible sale of methamphetamine in the area South Patterson Street in Statesville

This information was passed along to the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division for further investigation. Information was gathered from undercover surveillance, and a suspect Pamela Marie Webb Hernandez, was identified and found to be selling methamphetamine from inside the residence located at 127 South Patterson Street. The narcotics division continued to conducted electronic surveillance, and conduct purchases of methamphetamine from Hernandez.

A search warrant was obtained for the residence and it was executed on Friday September 21, 2018 by narcotics detectives, assisted by other Iredell County Sheriff’s Office deputies and detectives.

During the search of the residence detectives located several baggies of methamphetamine packaged for individual sale. The total value of the methamphetamine seized was $3,025.00.

Pamela Marie Webb Hernandez was arrested and transported to the Iredell County Detention Center where she was charged with: Felony Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine, Felony Possession of Methamphetamine, and Maintain a Dwelling / Place for Controlled Substance. Hernandez taken before Magistrate D. Sanders who issued her a 25,000.00 dollar secured bond.

Michael Wayne Webb was also located inside the home when the search warrant was executed, he found to be in possession of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. He was charged with Misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Marijuana Paraphernalia on a citation at the scene and was released.
