Deputies looking for Lincoln sex offender accused of not reporting address change

PRESS RELEASE

Lincolnton, NC – Lincoln County Sheriff’s deputies are searching for a registered sex offender who failed to report a change of address.

Allen Joseph Heckelman, 30, did not register a new address after he was evicted from a residence on Rustic Trail, Lincolnton, NC on October 11, 2019. By state law Heckelman is required to notify the Sheriff of Lincoln County within three business days of his new address.

Heckelman was convicted of incest with near relatives on November 5, 2013 and placed on the North Carolina Sex Offender Registry on November 7, 2013. He is described as a white male, 5 feet – 11 inches tall and weighing 170 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
