Statesville Woman’s Club shows appreciation to first responders with Snacks For Service

The GFWC of NC Statesville Woman’s Club’s Public Issues CSP (Community Service Program) recently delivered “Snacks For Service” (a donation collection project) to local emergency personnel including… Iredell County ECOM, Iredell County EMS, Iredell County Sheriff’s Office, North Carolina State Highway Patrol and Statesville Police Department.

Each group received a basket full of snacks, candies and a case of water as a way to say “Thank you for your service to our community.”

Other GFWC of NC Statesville Woman’s Club Public Issues CSP members that contributed to this project but not pictured were: Co-Chairman Kim Mulrey, and members Deena Chambers, Jennifer Cone, and Past President Pat Smith.
