New apartments open near downtown Mooresville

Mooresville, NC – A $9.5 million 72-unit apartment complex will provide much needed housing in the Downtown area.

MV2 investments, celebrated their ribbon cutting ceremony on October 29th, 2019 at 11:00am for the North Main Village Apartments.

The 7.6-acre complex with walking trails, consists of three 24-unit buildings providing 6 one-bedroom, 60 two-bedroom, and 6 three-bedroom units. Each building offers elevator access for added convenience. There are also an additional 21 rental garage units for those that are interested.
