Get to know local businesses and non-profits every Friday morning at 8 a.m. with Joe Vagnone. Each week, Joe and a featured co-host talk with leaders from local organizations to learn about their offerings and how they can help listeners with the needs they may have. Joe goes beyond just promoting the person he is interviewing. He delves into the details of the products or services they offer. The questions do not simply ask for name, address and product or service description; but are carefully thought out to help bring an informative and interesting show to the listening audience.
The goal of the program is twofold – introducing listeners to local businesses and organizations, while providing valuable business knowledge and advice. Each week, Joe talks with at least one local company or organization, discussing both the services they offer and their approach to business. He also offers helpful business advice for both longtime professionals and new entrepreneurs.
Joe Vagnone is a respected business broker and adviser. He has been helping individuals buy and sell businesses for over 20 years. He, himself, has owned and operated numerous businesses including several multi-unit restaurant concepts, a magazine publishing company and a light manufacturing businesses. Joe is the 2015 recipient of the Richard H. Hagemeyer Award which recognizes a Central Piedmont Community College graduate who has significantly benefited from experiences at the college and whose efforts have helped the community.
