Deceased Lake Norman boater identified

The boater whose body was recovered from Lake Norman Tuesday night has been identified. WSIC news parter Fox 46 is following the story and reports the victim is a James Foster.  The North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission is handling the investigation.
