Campbell stated: On Tuesday November 14, 2017 at approximately 4:00 pm, members of the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office Interstate Criminal Enforcement (ICE) Team and members of the Nash County Sheriff’s Office Highway Interdiction Team (HIT) were conducting criminal interdiction on Interstate I- 77 in Northern Iredell County as part of Operation Tarheel Gauntlet.
