WILMINGTON (WSIC) – Two deaths relating to Hurricane Florence have been reported after a tree fell on a house in Wilmington Friday.
The death of a mother and an infant are the first deaths to be reported from the storm. According to the Wilmington Police Department, this occurred on Mercer Avenue. The infant’s father was taken to a local medical facility for treatment.
