Company launches Mooresville operation

Home prices rise in Iredell County

  The median price for a home was up nearly sixteen percent in April at two-hundred five thousand, according to the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association. Closed sales rose twenty-six percent. In Davidson, closed sales were up seventeen point one percent. In Mooresville, that number rose more than thirty-one percent.
