Property owned by Mooresville Graded School Board candidate John Meadows straddles the Iredell-Rowan line.  Meadows' house sits in the back of the property in Rowan County.  He recently added a new street number for the property and indicated to the county his intent to add a single-wide mobile home on the Iredell side.  As of July 28, only a camping trailer and the house could be seen from the road.
